Retirement at last!

I have recently retired from a lifetime of teaching in primary schools.  The sense of freedom is wonderful.  There are so many things I want to do that I didn't have the freedom to do in the past, like going on holiday in the off-peak season or browsing round the shops when children are still in school.  I am also keen to learn more foreign languages like Mandarin, for example, and visit China as a volunteer teacher of English.

Are there any more recently retired people out there?
